No running club 17th April - start back Term 2.

Hi Runners,
Quick post to note the importance of looking for cars before you run across the road. Your safety is the most important thing so take that extra 2 seconds to look all ways - you will always come out second best when taking on a car!!
Also make sure you obey road rules - if the crossing light is red - WAIT. You can catch up to the other runners later or just meet them back at school.

Run stats for 4.4.14
35 committed runners this morning. We improved our run time by 1 minute so nice work runners.
Next week will be the 5th running club. If you have made it to all 5 sessions you will be getting a big shout our with the stats update. Keep pushing yourself runners - it only gets easier...

Balmoral Running Club 2014 - Welcome!
CANCELLATIONS:
At 7am every Thursday morning we will post whether the running club has been cancelled due to bad weather.

Every Thursday morning, 7.30am sharp, Balmoral teachers and students will be running the streets of Balmoral for approx 4-6km. Parents/caregivers are welcome to join in!
This is a great opportunity to build up your fitness and to feel good about what you can achieve.
Running club is open to all fitness levels - we have the walk-to-run section; the jog-run section and the run-all-the-way section.
We meet outside room 3 Thursday mornings and leave at 7.30am sharp - don't be late or you will be left behind in our dust!
